About International Claim Association (ICA) Annual Education Conference
ICA membership consists of insurance companies, reinsurers, third party administrators, and support companies who are committed to providing fair and prompt claims service to policyholders and beneficiaries. Our mission is to promote excellence and advance the profession through education, advocacy, and networking opportunities.
To support our commitment, we gather at our Annual Education Conference, which is known amongst insurance claim professionals from around the globe and provides a forum to enhance skills and knowledge through information exchange and
educational offerings tailored to Life, Disability, Health, Long-Term Care, and Absence Management claims.
The ICA has over 130 member companies representing over 1,700 insurance claims professionals. Nearly 50% of Annual Education Conference attendees are decisionmakers or influential leaders employed as CEO, COO, Chairman, President, SVP, Executive VP, VP, Senior Managers/Directors, Group Leaders and Supervisors.
