About American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) Emerging Leaders Conference
The Emerging Leaders Conference is hosted by APCIA (American Property Casualty Insurance Association), the Insurance Careers Movement and AM Best. The Emerging Leaders Conference was inspired by industry executives looking to create an initiative that would help identify, celebrate, and retain rising stars in insurance. Executives were concerned about top talent leaving the insurance industry for other sectors. A nomination process was created to help drive internal conversations on emerging leaders, accelerate
work on diversity and inclusion, and to create a unique professional development and recognition opportunity. The Emerging Leaders Conference is held in February in conjunction with Insurance Careers Month.
